The services available at https://www.chere-chere.com are guided by a set of processes that are entirely focused on customer satisfaction. However, if the customer is not satisfied, they may return the item(s) up to 14 working days after the purchase date, provided that the returned item(s) meet(s) the following conditions:
1. Return of the item under the right of withdrawal
Once you have purchased an item at https://www.chere-chere.com you have 14 days from the order receipt date to return it, in accordance with the right of withdrawal. You may do so provided the following conditions are met:
- The product purchase invoice must be presented
- The product must be delivered in the same condition as it was sold (unopened and inside the packaging, with no signs of having been opened or used)
2. Returning products for exchange:
Returns due to "exchanges” and "product order error" (for which the CHÈRE-CHÈRE is responsible) will be accepted up to 14 working days from the date the customer receives the order.
3. Returning damaged products
Returns of products that are damaged upon receipt by the customer owing to, for example, damage during shipping and transport, are accepted up to 14 working days from the date the customer receives the order.
Returns of defective products are accepted up to 14 working days from the date the customer receives the order.
Returns of products damaged as a result of misuse by the customer will not be accepted.
All returns must be made by post. Returns made through other channels are not accepted for any product purchased on https://www.chere-chere.com
How to return?
If wishing to return a product, the customer should contact Customer Services via email at email@example.com.
When contacting Customer Services, the customer should provide the order number and invoice number and state the reason for returning.
Items purchased online at https://www.chere-chere.com can only be returned by registered post with Acknowledgement of Receipt (AR) to:

Shipping, processing and other additional fees are non-refundable.
In the event of a refund the amount will be credited to the bank account indicated by the customer within 14 working days. The promptness of the refund depends on the issuing bank and is outside our control.
